III. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Summary: An HR Clerk is an entry-level role that provides administrative support to the company's Human Resources Department.
Assist in checking of the pre-employment requirements of onboarding employees.
Assist with 201 file administration.
Input employee data into HRIS through the updated Personal Data Sheet to ensure accurate employee records.
Assist in training preparation, including the purchasing of training materials and training facilitation.
Assist in the inventory and distribution of company uniforms.
Aid in organizational development-related concerns.
