This hybrid role blends hands-on HR management with proactive client relationship management, networking, and market engagement to support business growth and consultant satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources (HR)

1. Manage the full employee lifecycle for consultants and internal staff (onboarding, probation, performance management, offboarding).
2. Coordinate recruitment processes in collaboration with hiring managers, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
