HR Cluster Leader- Onsite

Qualifications:

• Exposure in Commercial BPO operations, specially dealing with external clients
• Experiencing handling a minimum of 300 employees and supporting end to end HR requirements
• Strong background in HR Process (EDM, Compensations and Benefits, Payroll) with hard-core HR service delivery in a client external facing capacity
• At least minimum 18 years in service of experience in BPO
• SOW Projects: Manage large scale project with clear deliverables and timelines

Pay: Php200, Php280,000.00 per month

Experience:

• BPO operations: 10 years (Required)
• HR Cluster : 10 years (Required)
