HR Co-ordinator

A poultry processing facility in Stutterheim is seeking to employ an HR Co-ordinator to join its Human Resource department. A successful candidate will best fit the following criteria-

Experience:

• 1-2 years in the same or similar role
• Grade 12

Job related experience:

• MS office
• Time & Attendance software / payroll software advantageous
• Corrective disciplinary procedures & codes of conduct

Duties:

• maintaining staff numbers according to various targets;
• ensuring all new staff have the necessary payroll documentation & are loaded onto the time & attendance software before commencing employment;
• distributing fair corrective discipline & liaising with management & staff over disputes;
• drafting job descriptions;
• translating to isixhosa;
• assisting with IOD procedures, training & distribution of PPE;
