**Job summary**
HR communications specialist is responsible to support the HR function to develop impactful communications to enhance the employee experience.
The HR Communications Specialist will help plan, develop, and execute multi-faceted internal communications programs for global colleagues.
**Job responsibilities**
- Reviews, tracks, and documents compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, continuing education, and work assessments.
This may include safety training, anti-harassment training, professional licensure, and aptitude exams and certifications.
- Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for hourly open positions; collaborates with VS managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
