Job Description

                    Develop, implement, and maintain compensation structures, salary bands, and incentive programs 
Conduct market salary surveys and benchmarking to ensure competitiveness 
Administer employee benefits programs (health insurance, retirement plans, bonuses, allowances, etc.) 
Manage annual compensation reviews, merit increases, and bonus cycles 
Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies 
Analyze compensation and benefits data and prepare reports for management 
Partner with HR and leadership on workforce planning and cost analysis 
Communicate compensation and benefits policies clearly to employees
