Summary

Provides Compensation and Benefits leadership and analytical support to the Senior Manager, Global Rewards.

Responsibilities

• Act as a primary contact for HR Managers for applicable global compensation and benefits issues, including procedural instruction, analytical counsel, and resolution for all matters across all applicable Global Reward programs.
• Manage Celestica’s global broad‑based and function/site specific incentive programs: review and update incentive plan designs and employee communication materials; partner with internal stakeholders including Finance, HR Business Partners and Legal to determine metrics and targets; maintain and update plan documents; respond to and resolve employee queries and issues.
