HR Compliance Coordinator_Healthcare Sector

Position Summary

SnappyCX is seeking an experienced HR Compliance Coordinator to join our client’s care coordination team . This is a fully-remote, full-time position. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compliance auditing and a solid understanding of medical and credentialing requirements for nurses and caregivers. This role plays a vital part in ensuring that all employee files, licenses, and certifications meet regulatory standards and agency policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular audits of clinical staff files to ensure full compliance with DOH, Joint Commission, and company requirements .
• Verify and track all medical and credentialing documents for nurses, including physicals, PPDs/Quant, titers, immunizations, RN/LPN licenses, CPR certifications, malpractice insurance, and background checks .
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date compliance databases and personnel records
