HR COMPLIANCE

Tyco Inc., a growing food manufacturing company specializing in processed meat products, siomai, siopao, and other frozen goods, is looking for a results-driven Production Supervisor to lead our production team and ensure efficient, high-quality, and safe operations.

HR Compliance Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures in accordance with local, state, and federal employment laws.
• Conduct regular audits of HR processes (e.g., onboarding, performance management, payroll, employee classification) to ensure compliance.
• Monitor changes in labor regulations and proactively update policies and internal training accordingly.
• Lead compliance training sessions for managers and employees.
• Collaborate with Legal and Risk teams to manage HR-related regulatory reporting and documentation.
• Investigate employee concerns and support internal resolution processes with discretion and fairness.
