About the Role
As the HR Compliance APAC Program Manager you will:
Manage HR compliance related projects for the APAC region including gender pay gap reporting, time tracking, policy development, and labour audit responses
Independently translate legal obligations into compliant deliverables, keeping your finger on the pulse of the ever evolving labour and compliance landscape in the region
Partner with HR and cross-functional stakeholders
Provide guidance to HR project teams to ensure new APAC programs align with compliance requirements
Ensure appropriate documentation, interpretation, and communication to APAC regional leaders regarding the implementation of various compliance plans
In partnership with our HR Analytics team, analyze, refine, and present data to the APAC regional HR leadership team regarding compliance efforts & progress
