The Human Resource Consultant Assistant 1 (HRCA1) position performs a variety of paraprofessional, technical and clerical support duties within established human resource guidelines, rules, policies, and procedures related to various College employee groups. This position provides front desk reception during regular business operating hours and serves as the main point of contact for HR inquiries explaining and applying complex policies/procedures related to HR functions. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to updating employment materials, entering/updating temporary staff positions, maintaining office supplies, tracking budget information, and providing technical/clerical support to other HR staff members.
