We are looking for a motivated and energetic HR Consultant Support to join our growing team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or junior candidates who are eager to build a career in recruitment, HR operations, and client management.
What You Will Do
Participate in recruitment activities
Source candidates through job portals, social media, databases, and referrals
Create job advertisements and recruitment posts
Contact and screen candidates
Arrange interviews and follow up on feedback
Update candidate information in recruitment systems
Support HR projects such as onboarding, offboarding, timesheet coordination, workforce administration and assist in payroll.
Assist in managing client accounts and responding to HR-related requests
Employees attendance & leave record management
Assist in handling employee inquiries and basic HR matters
