Hr consultant

Summary: Manage Human Resources for various clients within the consultancy from administration to advisory. Support in developing the Human Resources portfolio of the consultancy.
Reporting to: Senior HR Consultant
Location: Cape Town
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Work setup: Remote Work (Ad hoc visits to clients around Cape Town)
Responsibilities Managing the relevant elements (admin, implementation, advisory) within the following HR portfolio Statutory Compliance (UIF, COIDA, EE, SDL, etc)
Employee related paperwork (contracts, policies, letters, memos, etc)
Remuneration & Payroll
Onboarding & Induction
Probation & Performance Management
Training & Development
Disciplinary Management / IR
Talent Management & Retention
Offboarding
Organisational Development Vision & Values
Culture & Climate
Employee well-being & engagement, etc
Communicating with employees about HR-related issues
