HR Coordinator

About the Role

DP World is seeking an HR Coordinator to join our Port Botany team. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will support the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, maintaining accurate HR records, and preparing key HR documentation. You will also provide support to employees and leaders, respond to HR queries, and contribute to engagement initiatives and broader People projects across the terminal.

Key Accountabilities:

• Act as the first point of contact for employee and manager HR enquiries across the full employee lifecycle, providing advice on HR policies and procedures

• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities in line with established processes and maintain accurate employee records within HRIS systems (e.g. Oracle)
