As we continue to grow across multiple sites in Canada and the U.S., we are evolving our human resource systems and processes to scale effectively within an ISO 13485‑regulated environment. We are adding an HR Coordinator role to own HR administration, including HRIS and HR‑related QMS administration, employee lifecycle changes, data administration, and liaison with payroll.
Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, this role is well suited to an individual who brings care, curiosity, and a strong sense of ownership to their work, takes control of their role and responsibilities, enjoys finding solutions and improving processes, and has an appetite to grow and learn in all areas of HR within a regulated, multi‑site environment.
