Job Description
Responsible to perform the following HR duties for (RLG):
a. Assist the HR in the implementation of personnel administration functions, including procedures on recruitment and hiring of new applicants, personnel transfer, benefits administration, retirement and separation, and other related activities, consistent with pertinent policies of the Corporation and government rules and regulations.
b. Assist in training and competency development programs which support and accelerate the strategic goals of the Corporation.
c. Assist in facilitating onboarding requirements for newly hired personnel, including but not limited to preparation of contract of service which may be extended or renewed (yearly).
d. Handle exit requirements in case of resignation/separation of Plantilla and COS personnel and coordinate with Group Head for the replacement of the same.
