HR Coordinator - Comp & Ben

The job holder is responsible to manage and maintain HR policies, procedures, and documentation, monitor compliance and governance risks, and support C&B operations including health insurance administration and reporting to ensure smooth, accurate, and timely execution of HR processes across the Company.

Key Result Areas:

• Maintain and regularly update HR policies, SOPs, and guidelines in compliance with UAE labour laws and internal Company frameworks. Ensure proper version control and centralized accessibility.
• Identify governance risks such as policy non‑compliance, exceptions, and data privacy gaps. Support the implementation and monitoring of internal controls across HR processes.
