HR coordinator

Job description

We want to expand our HR team and are looking for an experienced HR professional to join us. You will take on a versatile role with various responsibilities related to the organization’s human resources. As HR coordinator, you will assist in all aspects of human resource management and be responsible for the entire employee life cycle (recruitment & selection, onboarding, evaluation, training, career development, offboarding,…)

You coordinate application procedures from A to Z. This includes creating job descriptions, writing vacancy texts, organizing job interviews and developing recruitment proposals.

You are a point of contact for both our employees and management and support them in various areas. You answer their questions on human resources related matters and assist them where and when necessary.
