HR Coordinator

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of Human Resource Development Management course, BS Psychology or has at least 2 years experience in related field
• Has at least 2 years of experience as HR Staff in a Semi- conductor/Electronics company

DUTIES:

• Ensure 100% accuracy of compensation and benefits
• Assist on all statutory benefits and its processing
• Provide counseling and support on policies and procedures
• Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
• Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests
• Serves as a back-up of Project Coordinator of clients
• Represent company to its clients for all HR matters and report the same to superior
