Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Screening, interviewing, and onboarding workers, often for project-based roles.
- Payroll & Timekeeping: Assisting with timekeeping, attendance monitoring, and payroll processing.
- Employee Relations: Addressing, documenting, and reporting on-site worker concerns and handling disciplinary actions.
- Administrative Support: Maintaining, updating, and managing employee records (hard and digital copies).
Qualifications
- Graduate of Bachelors degree in Psychology or Business Administration, or any equivalent course.
- With at least 1-2 years experience solid work experience in recruiting skilled workers
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Willing to travel 100% to project sites
