• Responsible for supporting employee relations and operational activities while managing the full recruitment process to meet the cooperative’s standards and manpower requirements.
• Ensures accurate maintenance of employee records and deployment reports, and facilitates ATM and ID processing for new hires.
• Builds strong client and member relationships, provides HR assistance, and manages the cooperative’s social media presence to promote recruitment and engagement activities.
