Job Description
The HR Coordinator is responsible for providing end-to-end HR administrative support with a strong focus on payroll preparation, data accuracy, and statutory compliance. The role ensures that all employee information, timekeeping, and payroll inputs are accurate, complete, and submitted on time, while also supporting broader HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.
Key Responsibilities
Payroll Preparation & Administration (Primary Focus)
- Prepare and validate monthly payroll inputs, including:
- New hires, terminations, and changes to employee records
- Overtime, allowances, bonuses, deductions, and leave data
- Time and attendance reports and exception handling
- Ensure payroll data accuracy by reconciling HR records, attendance systems, and approved payroll schedules.
- Liaise with Payroll, Finance, and external payroll service providers to ensure on-time and compliant payroll processing.
