Responsibilities

• Handling a wide range of HR responsibilities, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance
• Providing administrative support, such as managing calendars, arranging meetings, and handling general office duties
• Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring compliance with relevant HR policies and regulations
• Assisting with the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support the overall operations of the business
• Continuously looking for ways to streamline processes and improve efficiency
