**Job Purpose and Impact**

+ The HR Data Administrator handles basic human resources operations services by maintaining accurate position data and ensuring alignment with organizational structures. This role is responsible for executing position management processes, supporting HR systems, and providing administrative support across the employee lifecycle. Under close supervision, this job performs human resources activities using tools such as **SuccessFactors** , **Remedyforce** , and **ServiceNow** to run requests, resolve issues, and ensure data integrity.
