As an HR Data Analyst at Transdev, your primary focus will be on overseeing payroll, benefits, and retirement plans. You will extract and clean data from systems like ADP Workforce Now to support decision-making. Analyzing and reporting on key HR metrics ensures the highest level of data quality and actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage payroll and benefits administration tasks
• Extract and analyze data from HR systems for trends

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Data Analytics, or similar
• Relevant analytical experience or internships
