Your Role In Our Team

We are looking for an HR Data Analyst as part of our Global HR Organization. You will be responsible for providing global support for group-wide reporting, HR IT, and data maintenance activities for regions such as APAC and EMEA. Further, you will assist with data demands from various functions such as HR, IT, Finance, and Legal, and serve as the interface between these functions.

Responsibilities

• HR Reporting: Design, execute, and maintain global HR reports and analyses, ensuring data quality and compliance
• KPI Creation: Develop and enhance international HR Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Collaboration: Communicate with global and local HR, Finance, IT, and Legal functions
• Support & Training: Provide 1st level support and training for SAP SuccessFactors and ServiceNOW
