Main Purpose of the Job

We are looking for a Shared Services Team Leader , and responsibilities will include handling operations across the full employee lifecycle. Manage daily deliverables, drive team engagement, and collaborate with stakeholders to optimize data accuracy and employee experience.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Service Delivery & Quality: Oversee the end-to-end employee lifecycle data management, ensuring all daily requests and cases are processed with high efficiency and accuracy.
• Workflow Optimization: Manage the team’s utilization by planning task distribution, monitoring workload, and ensuring all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and quality metrics are met.
• Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as the primary escalation point for complex issues and lead the development, updates, and distribution of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
