Summary:

• The HR Data Governance & Automation function manages the development and governance of the HR data and information strategy to facilitate business decisions and foster growth across the East Asia & Pacific region, encompassing 15 countries and approximately ~15,500 employees in total.

• Overall, the function is responsible for:

• Designing & Implementing an HR Data Strategy and Projects;

• HR Data Governance and Quality Assurance;

• Data Management;
