Qualifications

• Experience in HR data management and reporting
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
• Able to translate business needs into technical requirements
• Good understanding of HR processes, data concepts (models) and systems

The HR Data Governance & Automation function manages the development and governance of the HR data and information strategy to facilitate business decisions and foster growth across the East Asia & Pacific region, encompassing 15 countries and approximately ~15,500 employees in total.
