HR Development Intern

(What the role is)

We are seeking an HR Development Intern to support PA officers' professional development through training coordination, engagement sessions, and creating communication materials for scholarship and career initiatives.

(What you will be working on)

• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of training programmes for PA officers. This includes liaising with external training providers, managing logistics such as venue bookings and attendance tracking.
• Assist in organising engagement sessions between high-potential officers or scholars and senior management. Responsibilities include coordinating schedules with senior leaders, managing event logistics, and documenting feedback.
