Job Summary
The HR Director will oversee all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, payroll coordination, and organizational development. This role requires a strong leader who can build structured HR systems in a fast-paced outsourcing environment.
This is an onsite position based in Angeles City, Pampanga.
