As the HR Director Benelux and the Nordics, you will serve as a strategic talent partner for business leaders across the Netherlands, Belgium, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, and Finland. You’ll shape and execute a people agenda that supports business priorities while championing a high-performance, inclusive culture. You will oversee a team of HR Generalists and junior HRBPs and collaborate closely with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to ensure best-in-class delivery of all HR programs and practices.
