Job Description

 
   Our client is looking a leading Retail/Consumer MNC brands, and they’re looking for a HR Director for new business in Taiwan. With business coverage in Taiwan, Asia, Europe and USA.  

 Key Responsibilities Act as full function HR role (leading a HR team) with strategic and tactical interventions which support company in achieving global business goals.
 Work as executive management team (global), supervise and lead HR team, establishing a framework for international employment contracts and advises company about relevant problems.
 Provide strategic and functional HR Management support to C level, business, and function leaders for the achievement of the overall firm business objectives.
 Collaborate with counterparts in group to develop and assist the implementation of global work projects and HR systems for all locations on host-country labor law and legal issues.
