HR Director

The HR Director will lead the overall Human Resources function of M-Brand, with strong ownership of Organizational Development, Performance Management, and People Strategy, while ensuring full compliance with labor laws and regulatory requirements. This role is accountable for building a high-performance, OKR-driven organization aligned with business goals and growth plans.

• Design and continuously refine organizational structures aligned with M-Brand's growth and scaling roadmap
• Develop and execute the People Strategy in support of business objectives and long-term talent needs
