HR Employee Relation Supervisor

ER and Labor Relation:

• Acting as a neutral party to resolve disputes between employees or between staff and management
• Handling employee complaints, allegations of misconduct, and workplace investigations, ensuring fair treatment
• Interpreting and enforcing company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal regulations
• Developing strategies to improve workplace culture, such as wellness programs, feedback mechanisms, and recognition initiatives.
• Providing guidance to managers on handling difficult employee situations and ensuring consistency
• Strong understanding of employment and labor laws

Job Requirements:
