rocessing of Incident Reports
Receives, reviews, processes Incident Reports (IR) from Department Head/s or Top Management and performs necessary administrative investigations.
Prepares and serves Notice to Explain (NTE) to erring employee/s and identifies appropriate sanctions for specific violations.
Coordinates with the Department Head/s on the violations committed by the erring employee/s and conducts fair evaluation and assessment after the investigation.
Constructs and serves Notice of Decision (NOD) to the erring employee and gives thorough counseling for the violation committed.
Communicates effectively the company's policies, rules, and regulations to employees in serving the NTE or NOD to the employees.
Conducts administrative investigation for employees with grave offenses and when needed.
