Job Description

Shall be responsible in serving both employees and Managers while addressing workplace conflicts and concerns. As such, he/she shall assist management by providing guidance and ways to mitigate issues of conflict, providing a timely and positive resolution. Further, the ideal candidate shall provide guidance to management in their efforts to improve employee job performance and to incorporate Code of Conduct & Discipline in the Organization.
