HR Encoder

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepares, compiles, and sort documents before and after data encoding on HRIS.
• Performs regular data entry tasks, including updating information, creating new records, and deleting obsolete ones.
• Verifies and validates the accuracy of data entered into the system.
• Organize and maintain files and databases, ensuring all records are up-to-date and easily accessible
• Assists on Recruitment day to day activities: interview and pre-deployment
• Other related task assigned from time to time

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any Business Related Course and/or IT, Human Resource related course is an advantage
• Must have at least 2 years minimum work experience
• Can work on extended hours and weekends
