Job Description
The HR Engineer (L&D), Competency Management leads the design, govern the engineering competency framework across the organization.
HR Engineer will assist the implementation of HR initiatives (Engineering roles), and policies in line with company’s objectives. He/ She will lead full-cycle Engineering recruitment and onboarding, managing end-to-end work pass processes (applications, renewals, cancellations), developing and implement HR policies, procedures, and HRIS workflows, driving engagement, training, and performance management initiatives, handling employee relations, and maintaining accurate HRIS.
HR must ensure competency framework is in compliance with labor laws and company policies. Involved in handling Competency Framework and handling L&D Processes.
