Associate Manager (Human Resources) Esops Management – Noida, HO

Physics Wallah (PW), one of India’s leading EdTech companies, is looking for an Associate Manager – HR to manage the complete ESOP lifecycle and support post-IPO ESOP operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end ESOP operations including grants, vesting, exercises, and transfers
• Handle post-IPO ESOP processes and reporting requirements
• Manage the Qapita platform and maintain data accuracy
• Coordinate with Legal and Company Secretary teams for ESOP-related corporate actions
• Resolve employee and stakeholder queries related to ESOPs
• Maintain MIS, documentation, and ensure compliance with taxation norms

Skills Required

• Strong understanding of ESOP structures, compliance, and lifecycle management
