About the role

As an HR Executive, you will assist the Human Resources team across various functions, including recruitment, payroll management, personnel administration, onboarding, and participation in HR projects.
Key responsibilities
Payroll:
Manage salary certificates on Net-Entreprise and track “IJSS” statements.
Follow up on supplementary insurance (Long term SL) cases via the Insurance platform.
Third-party garnishments (Avis à tiers détenteur): send response letters to public authorities.
Extract, prepare, and send final settlement (Severance payments) letters.
