Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment & On-boarding : Source, interview, and onboard Operators, Technicians, Engineers, Supervisors, etc.
• Set HR policies & Basic Frameworks. Rules and Regulations, Disciplinary Framework, Specifically for production ground-crew (Operators).
• HR Reporting & Analytics, Track Turnover rates, Manage Employee Over-Time Control & Labour Productivity.
• Monitor Absenteeism and manpower Utilization. Manage and set rules for ground-crew (Operational Discipline).
• Performance management: KPI Setting, Support Annual performance appraisal processes and employee development initiatives, Track Probation Conformation.
• Employee relations: Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, and foster a positive workplace culture.
• Layout Employee Engagement & Retention Program, Improve workers welfare. Reduce Production Ground-Crew Turnover.
• Manage Contract Workers & Temporary staffs.
