                    Recruitment Managed end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, coordination with employment agencies, candidate screening, interview scheduling, offer negotiations, and onboarding arrangements 
Prepared employment documentation such as letters of offer, onboarding checklists, employee personal files, and other HR-related documents 
Conducted onboarding and orientation programs for new hires to ensure smooth integration into the company 
Migrant Worker Dormitory Management Coordinated workers’ dormitory arrangements, including fee payments and room allocations based on project site requirements 
Managed documentation related to dormitory movements, including transfers, home leave, and repatriation matters 
Assisted in dormitory lease administration, including renewal tracking, lease termination, and rental negotiations
