Job Profile: Assist in HR matters Support in recruitment Assist in Candidate Sourcing Coordinate with candidate for arranging interviews Enhancement HR processes Market intelligence Prepare MI report Enhance company's HR documents Able to work in IT automated environment Post on social media and monitor the post to improve company image Requirements: Candidate must possess a Diploma in Human Resource Management At least 0-2 years of hands-on experience in HR domain in IT consulting industry Excellent communications, presentation, organizational and planning skills. Excellent interpersonal skills to work as team member and have positive attitude towards work. Individual should be able to work independently under guidance Candidate should be result oriented. Singaporean will be preferred.
