Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment (job postings, screening, interviews, onboarding)
Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and compliance support
Support attendance, leaves, and time tracking processes
Assist in implementing HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks
Coordinate performance reviews and employee engagement activities
Handle employee queries and support conflict resolution professionally
Support training coordination and HR reporting for leadership
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a relevant field
