We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Executive to support day-to-day human resource operations. The ideal candidate will manage recruitment and onboarding, maintain employee records and attendance, coordinate HR activities, support payroll inputs, and assist in implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure smooth HR operations.

Responsibilities


Recruitment & Onboarding


Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions including sourcing, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Coordinate interview processes with hiring managers and candidates.
Manage joining formalities and employee onboarding processes.
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and related documentation.


HR Operations

Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
