Responsible to provide recruitment support including sourcing, interviewing and placement of candidates, maintaining recruitment related records and reports. Conduct induction program for New Employee Join In.
Prepare payroll and statutory reports for all subsidiaries. Prepare commission report for sales person under the subsidiaries companies.
Preparing report on staff issue, annual leave, medical, lateness & absenteeism, etc.
Handle employee relation issues and counselling on work related issues. Liaise with labour office if required.
Oversees the Human Resource database. Ensure the system records are accurately recorded and crosschecked.
Ensures that Human Resource files and record are maintained in accordance with legal requirement and Company Policies and Procedures.
Complete Monthly & Yearly Report regarding termination, new hire, and any HR Formal Action.
