Job Location: Open DC in Bayan Lepas, Penang.

Job Description:
1. Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, interview coordination, follow up, and administration.
2. Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires at the Penang site, ensuring smooth pre-employment arrangements and orientation.
3. Handle HR documentation such as employment letters, staff records, attendance, claims, overtime (OT) calculations, and other HR-related forms.
4. Provide administrative support including maintaining personnel files, updating HR databases, and preparing HR reports.
5. Assist with employee engagement activities and act as the first point of contact for HR matters at the Penang office.
6. Ensure HR practices comply with company policies and Malaysian employment regulations.
