This role will manage HR operations, employee engagement, performance management, and work pass applications. Responsibilities Advise business units strategically on HR and people-related matters to support organizational goals and workforce effectiveness Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, contract preparation, and maintaining employee documentation to ensure smooth employee lifecycle management Ensure HR practices comply with Singapore employment laws and Ministry of Manpower (MOM) regulations to mitigate legal risks Process work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations (EP, S Pass, DP, LOC, etc.) through MOM portals to maintain workforce compliance Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS and internal systems to support data integrity and reporting Foster a positive, inclu...
