HR Executive (Infrastructure Industry)

Our client is a well-established construction, property development and specialist engineering solutions provider. Currently, they are currently seeking for HR Executive to be part of HR team.

The Human Resource Executive will manage the full spectrum of HR functions, with a primary focus on end-to-end recruitment activities. This role supports the organization’s manpower needs by attracting, selecting, and retaining suitable talent, while ensuring HR operations comply with company policies and statutory requirements.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
• Coordinate with hiring managers on manpower planning and hiring needs
